I agree, whatever track that was was fuckin badass.

As for Junkie, did his set sound a lot like the set he played at Halloween? It sure did. Did that stop me from dancing my ass off and having a good time? Hell fucking no it did not. I had a blast.

Oh, and by the way, I asked about 20 people on the stage just a little if before Junkie came on if they were tranceaddicts and they all looked at me like I was an idiot. I guess I will have to wait for a preparty to met some people.

There was a small showing that night. Only 4 TAs, that I knew was there and we hung around the left side of the stage when Junkie came on. I was dancing in the area between the main dance room and the lobby that leads to outside or the door. Sorry we miss you but there will be plenty of opportunity to meet up again.

i can't remember the name, he told me but it was loud. Its off his new album that will be released in January. Hes been putting a few things here and there from the new album into his sets but since the album is still going through licensing he doesn't want to put to much of it out there right now. There will be a full tour early next year in full support of the album with all kinds of new stuff!!!!

I really like 'Angels (7am Surreal)' (track number 3 on 7am Dance - another breaks track) minus the vocals. I wish he would release that with an instrumental.

i can understand what you're sayin 'bout the simliar sets from junkie, as everytime i've seen him (3 times now) its been fairly similar...

also someone mentioned his fabulous discography and that there could be more variety, i dont understand it either, so many good tracks, put some variety into it

i mean i would lose my mind if i heard future in computer hell pt. 2 live!

same w/ mary

still tho, everyone has to admit that junkie brings the energy and that love of being up there and entertaining thats why even tho the sets are similar you still have a good time because its always great when you see dj's/live acts actually enjoying themselves

What do you put into your live sets that has made you a dancefloor favorite for the past decade?

"I’m a dance floor favorite? Great! I would say the passion that I feel for the music I buy and the honesty with how I play it. I play the records I love not the ones that simply work. I’ve never taken the easy music option (which would make me a lot more money by the way) but chosen to push people a little. I try to draw people in a new direction slightly and expand their taste a little more than other DJ’s." - Lee Burridge

That is the first time I have seen a Dj climb up on the table numerous times during his set.

You want to see climbing skills? Tiesto in Concert 1. That monkey is all over the place.

Smiley DJ I got my rocks off at the party...

Well no, not really but JunkieXL tore that shit UP!! My God, he is so incredibly talented AND loves to stroke the crowd. (see subject above to get the joke...LOL).

Well other than my homosexual tendencies, ahem....LOL...I think this party was truly incredible. Thank you JXL for the party! You rock it so hard (oh no...there I go again....) and the crowd loved it. This was so worth the trip to ATL from Tampa (tampon/trampa/crackville, FL). Words cannot describe how I felt that night. It was like my first really 'good' party. Put this one down in the history books....the man can give you multiple orgasms in a night. No wait, he can give M.O. a few minutes apart from each other, all night.

Oh yeah, does anyone have a place to post pics? I have about 45+ or so, they aren't the greatest quality but capture the vibe. See JXL kickin' it on the breakdown.

*looks at picture of Tiffany Lang to regain composure.
*shoots load thinking of the party

edit: I've looked over a few posts here and wonder why people are knocking on JXL. He spun an incredible seat and really got into the crowd. What exactly do you want out of a DJ? If you enjoyed the party, it was because of the vibe. If you didn't (or felt 50/50) then maybe you should take that long stick out of your ass and beat yourself over the head with it!
