36 Chambers is one of my fav CDs of all time....i just think no one could top that.

My 3 top rap CDs ever are
1. Wu Tang - 36 Chambers
2. Gang Starr - Daily Operation
3. Eric B & Rakim - Paid In Full

Maybe someone could help me

Around 1992 there was a long ass rap song that had maybe 6 different rappers on it...all unknown i beleive...but the chorus had a sample of Woody Woodpecker doing his funny laugh.

I have been trying to figure out who the hell that was since 96 when i lost the cassette...

does ANYONE have a clue who it was?

i'm giving a top 10 a go:

01. Low End Theory [ATCQ]
02. Illmatic [Nas]
03. It Takes A Nation Of Millions To Hold Us Back [PE]
04. Paid In Full [EricB/Rakim]
05. The Chronic [Dre]
06. De La Soul Is Dead [DeLa]
07. Only Built 4 Cuban Linx [Rae]
08. Business As Usual [EPMD]
09. One For All [BrandNu]
10. Enter the 36 Chambers [Wu]

honorable mention:
-- Cypress Hill [Cypress]
-- Daily Operation [Gangstarr]
-- Whut Thee Album [Redman]
-- Amerikkkas Most Wanted [IceCube]
-- Enta da Stage [BlackMoon]
-- Ready To Die [Biggie]

(cuban linx ranks above 36 chambers because it's a more polished and complete album)

De La Soul ft. ATCQ, Black Sheep and the JB's " What Yo' Life Can Truly Be" from the b-side of de la's "a roller skating jam named saturdays" -- very rare track
