sort of got me into electronic music, then hearing old skool stuff by the prodigy etc, then listening to a bit of house Delacy, JX, Gat Decor and U.S.U.R.A

i just kept half an interest in that type of music, then started getting into trance by 96'....but the tracked that got me hooked was when i first heard Binary Finary - 1998....which i first heard in 97

such a promising title, could have been used way better, and as such i will use it.

my favorite moment in dance music history would have to be the night ron hardy played phuture - acid tracks (4 times in the same night!) at the muzic box to the unsuspecting crowds who at first didnt know how to react... yet he kept on... a dj quality you dont see too often nowadays,, evangelism.

I think my favourite moment was going to my first festival at Homelands back in 2000. I remember being at the front of the essential mix arena when pvd was doing his 6 hour set to close the night off and looking back seeing all the people.

An immense memory, not sure anything will ever top that.

well i was hooked the first night i rolled, also the first night i went to my all-time fav club (Buzz,R.I.P.) in early '99. but what really did it for me was a couple months later at said club when pvd (kinda unknown to me at the time) opened up for oaky (who was my fav at the time 'cause i just started listening to tranceport). it was about 15 of us that went together and the vibe was unlike any i've experienced before, and don't think i will again. i can't really remember what was playing, except for a couple tracks of tranceport, but i remember at the end of oaky's set no one was leaving and the people on the dancefloor we're screamin' to him "someone like you...over and over", i'll never forget that

The trance period kicked in when I had leeched a Seb Fontaine and Judge Jules @ Creamfields set from napster. It had Spoiled and Zigo - More and More in it. Loved the atmosphere ( damn that MC and the crowd ) around that tune in that set. Thats also why I have this nick.
