My biggest peeve at clubs I guess would be the people who can't conduct themselves with any semblance of awareness. This includes stumbling drunks, pushy (usually tiny) women, and immature just turned 19 year olds who can't handle their liquor.

I usually have a great time no matter where I go, because I am there for one reason only: to have fun. What else is the point of going if you don't? There always seems to be that lame looking group of people with bored expressions on their faces kind of standing off to the side and not conversing, dancing, or doing much of anything. I don't get those people.

I notice a lot when DJs can't mix as well...which is quite often when you're at those kinds of bars. And also hearing the exact same songs, in the exact same order, no matter what night it is, or what bar you're at.
Also...the guys that grope you, and just don't know how to take no for an answer...or call you a bitch or something like that if you reject them politely.

Heh, and what about the kids from the U.S. that come over and swarm the streets because the drinking age is lower?

I've been to two interesting parties in Windsor, one at Blast (now closed, I believe), and one at some place that was what appeared to be on top of a house that you entered from the back. It had UV lighting everywhere. Both events had Mark Oliver as the guest DJ. Both places had so few people that I wondered if Oliver felt he was wasting his time due to the size of the crowd at the Guvernment he usually plays for.

I guess Windsor just isn't a big Trance city.

As for my pet peeve, I have to agree with the people who stand in the middle of the dancefloor. I frequently find myself at the Guvernment trying to dance to a great set and some person, often fairly large in stature, stands right next to, or in front of me, thereby removing all my dancing space. Then I have to stop, and just wait till they decide the spot isn't great.

Sometimes, I will just start dancing like an animal, repeatedly knocking into them in a futile effort to have them move.

SPOT ON!!! I HATE it when those massive juice monkeys do that; and then they also have this tough, expressionless face as if they own the floor and everyone else is "beneath them". ARGHHHHH

LOL I try what you do, too, but then I just get my ass kicked

If the music is not up to the standard then everything else just doesnt matter and if music is banging well then everything else is just not important.

Couldn't have worded it better . Also when your in your own zone during a killer track and someone bumps into you and doesn't even acknowledge it.
