He may not be the humblest person I admit , but we shouldn't be hateing just because he has a nice car and wants to share the fact
maybe he has nothing else in his life that makes him happy , why should we be so judgmental ??

I agree.

Hey man, if it makes ends meet, and even better, if it makes them meet well, happy to hear it.

And IMO I like the Z better than the G. If you're picking it up today, snap a few pics. Again, it's a sweet ride. Damn I can't wait to finish school, sooo much time and money spent on that...

give the guy a break...

sure he's proud of what he's buying...and to some extent showing off by posting here...but so what? ignore the thread if it bothers you so much.

it's a sweet car (though below a G35, Legacy GT, and STi on my list of faves)...quality, performance, style...a good choice if you want to drop that kind of cash on a car.

some of us prefer to save/invest...some prefer to buy property (my plan)...some prefer to travel.

regardless of his motives for posting, don't begrudge the guy his pleasure...it's not hurting anyone else here (unless it makes you jealous).

Subtlety is the trademark of those who are satisfied with their place in life and know in their hearts that they've earned it.

I know and respect many people who own nice things, but it's not the things they own that earned my respect - it's the way they act. The tendency to "rub it in" is especially powerful for the people with more material possessions - the way they handle it is a window into their character. Do they use it to make other people (and subsequently, themselves) happy, or do they squander it in a vain attempt to make others jealous?

The difference between those who are truly well-off and those who merely want to appear well-off is as clear to me as night and day, and I imagine it's equally clear for many (if not most) others.

It doesn't bother me that he bought the car, at all. It doesn't bother me that he's proud of or happy with his purchase. However, the fact that he needed to announce it to hundreds of complete strangers makes me question his real motivation not only for buying it, but for wanting to own it in the first place.

nice car and all, but y do you still post here when each and every time you start a thread, ppl bash u continuously. i for one would not come back to a community where im not wanted.

as others have said, you really dont show yourself, and when you do, only a handful of ppl have seen/know you. you really dont post in any other threads besides your own making it hard for us to know who you are. you dont talk about music on here or any other things that most people on here post about. i bet if u started to post stuff that didnt concern just you, people wouldnt be so defensive about it.

it also seems that you chose which info to give out. like buying all this expensive stuff and all, but when asked where u work, you try and elude it with a vague answer.

just my $0.02
