And seriously I think we're all tired of the "cfini le trance, sacre bleu!"

Nick Pilon = Sick trance (I think we can all see his career flourishing!!!) as does many other trance DJs, even the big names, the music may not be as good (according to you "Veteran EDM people) but the performances are nutso and the people (n00bs, idiots, dipshits, in your words) go crazy over the big name DJs and the big popular tracks (aka cheese).

Hate isn't a dance music value! Stop the trance hate!

Trance is far from dead, true enough. The problem with Trance right now is that it got so big everyone and their grandmothers are producing trance tracks.(with so many of them sounding the same)On friday for preach and marco we were blessed with some banging music and the people that were there danced. When Miguel Gracca started dropping Trance tracks, many people left the dancefloor. He played Stoppage Time
and the breakdown was so long, people were literally standing still en masse. How do you dance to a continous breakdown that doesnt seem to stop?Infected Mushroom is very good, i just have a lot of trouble seeing Goa at BeB.Save the money and book Nick Pilon instead, because his style would work much better at that event.I just cant wait to see what bookings will be made.I hope to everything holy that they wont do something crazy like booking Astral Projection and making it an all Goa thang(recipe for disaster,Goa is an aquired taste, the mainstream loving BeB crowd will not go for it.)One more name I havent seen suggested. For the house room how about getting former stereo resident SATOSHI TOMIIE!!It has been way too long since we have been blessed with his presence.

Satoshi Tomie would be insane, especially if you got Seb Fontaine with him aswell, but sadly will they draw crowds?

a few years ago when he was resident @ stereo his nights were very popular(as well as insanely fun)..IMO the BeB would go for him much more than IM.House is known by all,Goa not so much so.

Lawler....Morillo...Angello and Ingrosso house room style!! Trance/Techno, I'll give it up to Armin, he's class! Preach has his name signed all over it too!! No Tiesto, no PVD. Like someone else said, they bring in the wrong people.

whoever is booked. I think the key of succes for having a a big sell out event is to have big name that everybody hear of.

we just had the proof last BeB with Tiesto at Benny.

I don't want to know if you liked it or not. I really don't give a shit. What I know, is that last BeB set up a record for biggest crowd.

Money as to be made... its a business after all. Known internationnal artists are the key for this.

you push local names for openers... few years from now they become the next Preach or Misstress Barbara.

for myself now... since I'm not getting my Armin in nov... I WANT ARMIN AT BEB !!! UNDERSTAND ?

i dont hate... im bored by it thats its
its not good music to groove/party/dance on imo, thats it... i think since the big names draw big attention to it doesnt mean it has to be the main style in big parties
anyway

+1

Trance accompanied by a banging beat is quality...But the vast majority of Armin-style trance I just find fkin boring. I've gotten way more into House and Techno and I just find there's no comparison at a big party. Some trance songs you just find yourself standing there for minutes on end with virtually no beat to move to. Yet you get Preach or Chris Liebing in there and they won't even give you a minute to rest.

Anyway, I just hope they don't end up booking anybody TOO cheesy...I say Nick Pilon is a necessity for the trance room, whether for the beginning or the end. And I wanna see PVD in there! At least his music doesn't bore me as much as Armin or Tiesto.
