Hmm supposedly when I took it, one bottle cap from an average sized water bottle was enough. It didn't really do anything for me but everyone else was really diggin it.

i think when i took it last i had 2 tea spoons and it was good to start but i think enviromental issues made it not so pleasent after a while... it was very sunny that day and i didnt have water at the time... i had juice, but i suspect that to cause me to throw up... so im gonna say for a first time user, take 1 tea spoon of liquid and another 1 mixed in a bottle of water and just sip the water as desired...

if at a good dose, my friend decribes it as a drunken e high... heh...
ya if mixed with alcohol it can have torrific effects... but you can go 1 nite without alcohol...

I find myself in this exact situations sometimes.

Ice is nice sometimes, but cut yourself off when you hit the second day; and don't do it again for a week if you can. It's VERY easy to slip into oblivion and destroy your entire life on this stuff; all things in moderation.
