Idea
I don't want to throw a wrench into the system, and the following suggestion has nothing to do with the fact that I have the least # of points
What about a special bragging rights Christmas Edition ID contest that exists outside the normal rounds that would work something like this: (feel free to suggest any alterations)
Everyone makes 5 IDs and we pool them together to make the entire list (which could be managed by one person who isn't trying to guess, though they could still submit 5 IDs).
Good/Bad/Indiferent?

Subey, your idea's okay but Christmas is only three days away and I don't know how to make samples...but I could manage it for you. Cuz I kind of wanna break from trying to id stuff. But maybe we should call it a New Year Special instead of a Christmas special and make it last only like 3 days? Or 5? And...
