though this might sound as crap to a lot of the die-hard GU lovers here (who like releases of sasha, oakie, lavelle, warren, tenaglia, etc), i think a good idea would be to do one of Paul van Dyk, GU029 Berlin, which would then be live recorded it a loveparade (edition 2006, if the loveparade is donethis year, but i guess not ... or anywhere in the near future)
also, G&D looks good to me.
no.

House was ooit house. Waar ongelovigen toch predikten “God made me funky, and I’m glad He blessed me this way”.

Because neither PvD or G&D would necessarily fit in with the musical stylings of the Global Underground compilations, not to mention, they both are on the trancier side of things as where GU tends to focus more on house, tribal, breaks, and *true* progressive as opposed to straight up epic/uplifting/watered down trance (save of course for some of the earlier releases). Let them do a project for more of a trance-related compilation series so it matches their style more and leave GU for those dj's who's range of music fits in better.

but seriously... Luke Chable... that would be the sweet, but deviating a little from the GU sound.

I wouldn't say that, its just because the standard of todays dance music is so shit in my opinion. I guarantee i will not be listening to Dannys GU or Lavelle's GUs in years to come, whereas i still enjoy today Seamans, Sasha's & Digweeds GU's. 5 years after they've been released.
