Alright men...

Help me ID a cartoon... MY ALL TIME FAVOURITE CARTOON AS A CHILD.

Plot:
Earth guys, jump into planes and kill aliens from outerspace.
There was like white fighter planes and sht.

Year:
~1994 (For any Aussies, it was on Cheez TV!)

I thought I found out what it was... Tekkaman... but then watched Tekkaman, and it wasn't it... ALTHOUGH THE TEKKAMAN ROBOTS JOGGED MY MEMORY A BIT...?

I'm thinking it might have been a rip off of Tekkaman... but I don't think it was anime? Maybe US style or something?

Robo-tech keeps also springing to mind... but I looked at the website... don't seem to be the right pictures.
