not sure about the stairs thing... you're the only person that has mentioned anything like that.

but as for the price difference... probably because downstairs (m lounge) and upstairs are actually two different venues. Upstairs is part of Montana so non alcoholic beverages may be priced somewhat different.

the reason alcohol is not allowed on the stairs is because as per the liqour license stairwells are not licensed. This is law. This means that since they are not covered under the license, allowing drinks in an that area could result in a suspension of their liqour license. ie: the get shut down.


as for a water bottle not being allowed... that's just weird

ya was also asked to leave water downstairs, but that didnt happen.
