Not so much. That might perfectly fit the description of the COR but that's not all TA has to offer. Discussing music (learning about new kinds, finding out more about the stuff you like, etc...) is the main reason for its existence. Aside from that, you can also find humorous things (if that's what you're on the internet for) or learn more about your local scene. There's more purpose than just what happens in the COR!
