I feel that the music industry, corporate wise, is a mafia style unit, run like a family of Cosa Nostra. I've been watching it closely over my twelve years of close involvement with it and it even includes the secret handshakes and brotherhood systems.
This brotherhood is trying to drain as much money from the general population of the world as possible before people in general realise their scam. They realise that more money, in all facets of vice, like drugs, alcohol and sex, comes from bad than good. They have an easy time of promoting bad artists with cheap melodies and expensive clothes than educating the masses to like the good stuff.
Those that do like the good stuff, like classical and opera, are already well trained into handing over their money to these brotherhoods. It's a well rehearsed, well trained, well marketed ploy to get you to keep spending your money on useless bullshit that is easy to make and easy to market.
Recent terrorist money raisers have seen through this ploy and are pirating their DVD's, CD's and Video Games because these products are easier to sell than drugs, have a much lower risk and also carry a much higher profit yield.
So there you have it, simple economics, supply and demand. Pity the new pirate suppliers are stealing away their demand and harvesting their yields.
MWAA-HAAAAHAAAHAAAA!!!
