yea the grove can be kinda ghetto, but that area is nice and expensive to live actually. it's just that they have 18+ age limit for some bars/clubs in that area, so all the little hoodrats from west miami drive out there on the weekends.

My lease ends February 18th. I might be here another 6 months after that, but I am trying to make sure that doesnt happen.

I have my motorcycle. I either take cabs or walk to the train station for transport though. I refuse to walk more than 3 miles one way
