So Ive been trying to buy a ps3 online from bestbuy all morning. No Luck.
All of a sudden, bam it took my order. So i was soooo excited.
Then i went through the steps of completing my order.
I entered my credit card number, then i chose expedited shipping, and then i confirmed the final sale.
And then, instead of giving me a confirmation number, i am taken back to my shopping cart. So i was like WTF? I thought, well my transation went through, this is waht is supposed to happen.
Well, i go to check my orders, nothing! No order at all.
So i called best buy and one of the customer service chicks said that, well due to high traffic on the website, my transation droped at the last second when it was supposed to give me the order number.
And then she goes well just try again.
WTF??? TRY AGAIN?? do u know what the chances are of actually getting it again...NONE!!
This is ridiculus...i bought the thing, and now they say i didnt!
ANYONE KNOW IF THERE IS ANYTHING I CAN DO? IS THERE WAY THEY CAN CHECK THAT I ACTUALLY WENT THROUGH THE TRANSACTION PROCESS BUT DIDNT END UP GETTIN THE ORDER NUMBER?

There's nothing you can do. Happened to me like 5 times this morning. The reason is, when you start to put in your info and pay for it, the item isn't on "hold" like when you purchase tickets. It's first come first serve...whoever pays first gets it. I wouldn't even bother trying. 100,000s of tousands of people trying to get 10 PS3s every hour? That's just rediculous...
