First off, that isn't David Lewis you're referring to. David is his first name though, but David Lewis is his main manager, not the N. American booking agent you're talking about. Secondly, he's not 60 yrs old. Thirdly, if you took him out of the equation, you people wouldn't have one third of the autographed items from Armin that you do, because David goes above and beyond for the fans getting their stuff signed. So think what you want about him, he at least goes out of his way for his client's fans.
