Lol fair enough. I can't count the amount of times I've done that, so I can't hold it against him.

An observation here:
If you are a professional photographer and are going to post pictures on a website, expect them to be distributed. That's why I (not claiming to be professional at photography, just my personal way of doing things) always post only pictures I don't care to be distributed. Watermarking or not, they will be distributed.
If you don't want them to be, post them at very small resolution, put them in a flash file with screen-shotting disabled, or any other of the countless ways to protect yourself.
Thinking ahead and preventing something like this from happening is half the battle.
As for posting them on your myspace page and then bitching that someone took them; that's really your own fault and I'm pretty sure you won't win a case in court since myspace is a very public domain.
As for Sasha having his pics taken, watermark removed, and posted on a club's site, I would be pretty upset, but again: protect yourself first to prevent something from happening.
And as a disclaimer, I was never in possession of the pictures in question, nor do I care that P-Diddy was smoking weed on stage, I was just re-laying the story since I figured people may be interested in seeing something regarding Toronto.

lol...this is all totally pointless...do u know how much money it will cost u to even start a law suit like this?
youre never going to do it unless you have at least 50k to get the ball rolling on this.
then just to make it even worse, theyre based in nyc so now this is an international law suit.

lawyers
There are scumbag lawyers out there who'd take my case on a contingency basis, (and there's been offers) but the whole thing is really pointless and ridiculous....I'll give u that. The initial madness at being ripped-off has subsided, and now im like jimmy, cracking corn and not caring.
