Honestly, I don't believe partying should have an upset limit in age, but you may need to be more selective about the venues you go to. Thankfully, most EM venues in Toronto are age tolerant for the simple reason that most of the people who go to these places are there for the love of the music... and if the music is the main draw, then age is irrelevant.
Just ensure to take care of your responsibilities first, then there's nothing wrong with rewarding yourself with a few hours on the dancefloor whenever you feel the desire. Personally, I find it to be the best stress reliever around & does the mind, body & soul a world of good! Just take it easy on the supplements... I've seen a lot of bright lights burn out before their time... the trick to longevity in the party circuit is moderation.
