The best remedy to being sketchy is by taking steps throughout the weekend to limit your sketch.

Try to get rest in between parties and eat as much as you can cuz the roughest sketches comes from lack of sleep and lack of nutrients in your body.

I also have a friend that believes that G helps with the sketch.

Best way to cure Sketchitis for me is:
1) Shower when you get home.
2) Moisturize your face with a lotion.
3) Sleep
4) Eat well and pop lots of Vitamins.
5) Sunday afternoon find a Rec center with a pool, sauna and hottub. Excercise a bit (you'll be surprised at how much energy you still have hehe), sweat it out in the sauna and hottub.
6)Do some stretches or yoga on Sunday evening.
7)Sleep.
8)Monday you'll be A ok and no midweek blues.
