From my experience, the trashiest kids in America are white kids who glorify bad rap music. They are the ones who get arrested, start fights, get girls pregnant, etc. You have to remember that rap music is very popular in the US, it is played in the moajority of clubs/bars, it is constantly shown on TV. I'm not homogenizing rap or hip-hop. There is a lot that I think is really good and actually took talent to make. But the majority of it out there, and the majority of what is exposed to the public, glorifies trashy things.

And yes, many of the youth of America are dumb enough to be influenced what 50 Cent is rapping about. He is exposed living the "good life." He has money, women, Ice, etc. He flaunts that wealth, along with the majorty of bad rappers. You don't think kids will be influenced by this? I can't tell you how many times I've been to the mall and seen huge groups of high school white kids dressing like they are gangsters, or seen people I went to high school with that listened to bad rap and then end up in jail or get a girl pregnant. It's not the music, it's the lifestyle that the kids want. It's like ol' 50 said, "Get rich or die trying." Ya, that won't influence anybody.

yeah, but blaming a majority of the kids issues nowadays on the simple fact that they like rap music? i think its bullshit to say that if some bitch got pregnant or some kid shot another kid, that its because of rap. surely it can be influential to an extent, but one genre of music causing all this? please

And about abortion, I'm all for it. Why should an irresponsible parent be forced to take of a child. A parent could send a child of to become an orphan, but without abortion, how full do you think they are going to get? How many kids will grow up without a home?

People will fuck. You can't stop that. If you outlaw abortions, more kids will be born, more irresponsible parents will fuck up their kids, orphans will have a surplus of kids, and women will go get abortions illegally in dangerous underground surgery.

If you have abortions, many irresposible people who should never have kids will never have to bring a human into a fucked up life, there would be less orphans, women can have the abortion in a safe clinic, etc. We live in a time where people are fucking more, now we as a society have to come to terms with this so we don't a population of a generation who had a fucked up childhood.

No, rap music doesn't, but bad rap music does. I don't like singling it all out. There is a lot of good rap/hip-hop out there. But the majority of the kids I knew in Junior high and High school who listened to bad rap around the lines of 50 Cent, grew up to be really trashy. You're shitting me right? Maybe it is only USA, but here I went to school with a bunch of metal heads and most of my graduating class is either, in lock up, 1 or 2 kids, on welfare, and pretty grungy dirty, so it's not just BAD rap music, or music at all that is to be blamed for this. But yes, I see your point.

The only person here who doesn't have a valid argument to back up their statements is clubamerica, everyone else is right in their case.
