thats like saying "hey i lost my tv/its broken" so now its means i dont have to pay for cable tv?? of course they still bill you , you still have "ACTIVE" service, its just the hardware is not available.

Let me just say that I've really had no issues with Bell in terms of type of plan I had etc, I'm just super annoyed (to no end) at their shitty cell phone selection and I want to be able to just interchange my info on different phones if I get a new one, all the previous phones on bell you couldn't do that.
