Good question that. There must be something within their bloodstream which gives off a certain 'vibe' that they are carrying the rage virus.

The infected don't try and eat them, but basically spread the seed if you would. As long as they infect the uninfected by transmitting then their job is pretty much done.

gang signs were evident in the IMAX version.

Just got back from the show. I liked the movie but i think 28 days was better. Still an entertaining flick though. I really enjoyed the scene with the night vision.
