Thinking cereal and milk right about now sounds good. Maybe then a muffin with cheese or jam and a banana to end it off.

lol..."nothing" is more ridiculous of a breakfast than anyhtign listed in this thread.

and 7 egg whites is the minimum for me. usually i'll throw in 2 whole omega 3 eggs, and yes, the yolks do have a good amount of protein and other vitamins, but i choose to avoid the saturated fat and cholesterol.

i eat very healthy and supplement with multivitamin and antioxidants, so i'm not worried about skipping out on what the yolk has to offer, if that tends to be the case.

I try to keep it light, but consistent. Its usually one of these:
A bagel with peanut butter and jam + glass of milk
An egg or two with one slice of bread plus juice
A waffle or two with milk
Cereal with milk

I'll usually follow it up with a full bottle of water and a piece of fruit an hour after breakfast.

Thanks I figured it was about time someone should do a Canadian/local version of that pic idea. It'll be fun watching spread accross other message boards country-wide.

Love

I stopped drinking coffee in the morning to wake up over a year ago and things are much better for me now...I don't get the mid morning caffeeine crash anymore.

Rather, the way I wake up know is to either go for a quick 15 minute jog on the tread mill or most of the time do a about 5 minutes of push ups...Anything "physical" to get the blood "pumping".

Works like a coffee but lasts all day!!!
