the only real difference between using traktor and a pair of cdplayers is the tactile experience.
other than that, theyre virtually the exact same.
and the touch and feel of most cd players isnt that great anyways.
pressing play on one of thsose is not much different than clicking a mouse. though it does suck when youre sitting using a mouse and not having your hands on some knobs.
and cd players have bpm counters so you can cheat with them too.
its definitely not as easy as traktor though.

ps
i know francois k was using traktor exclusively for a while. not sure if he still is.

It might be same for you, but it's different for most others.

Mouse clicking and actually manipulating a turntable or a cdj is completely different feeling. Just IMO

LoL thats hilarious. I dance my party pants off all night long and DJ. Does this make me a Plunter?

Try again

I've heard all the bang jokes in the world.

If you come up with an original one, I'd like, give you a cookie or something

Tell that to all the DJs who are using Ableton (Sasha, Max Graham and more).

Hence why I said IMO

Every DJ has a different approach. Mine is no more valid than others

I'd say that Sasha & Max Graham's approach is quite valid (simply based on their success).

if ur computer djing, the only way of getting the best results and the most "human" results is by using a MIDI controller...period. if ur just gonna mouse click to trigger (which non of th big names do), its boring and limited
