I dont know if this was said earlier, but the whole thing with Russia testing that missile is just another chess move in the game of cold war and somebody in Pentagon scratched their head after making their chess move (thinking it will be a good idea to propose setting missiles next to the Russian border) that backfired on them, because most likely Russians have developed that missile technology a decade or two ago and were just waiting for Americans to make an ass of themselves as they did. It's just another politically strategic card that was played and I am sure somewhere Putin and the rest of his royal court were laughing it all off.
