I don't agree with you, but if I'm intrepetting it correctly, that's probably the strongest argument in favor of the ban that I've read.
I still think that precedents set in other media for exceedingly graphic yet acceptable imagery should apply to video games as well. No matter the media, anything that seems to advocate child abuse is generally going to be frowned upon (literature, movies, etc.).
