But on Thursday the bridge I take over the Potomac was shut down due to a burst water main, and traffic was diverted to the Beltway. Took me over two hours to make the trip home. Twelve miles in two hours. I'm pretty sure I could walk it that quickly. And I even left work later than usual to avoid the worst of rush hour!

That fucking blows!

I will admit I have been in a couple accidents. All caused by stupid shit that was out of my control, with the exception of my first one. I was an inexperienced fuck. Went around a 15mph turn at 55. I almost had it, but I was on the brakes too long. The other 2 accidents were bullshit. One was from this fucking illegal that hit me and tried to blame it on me. It was ruled his fault. He tried to pass me on my left when I was making a U-turn!!!!!!!! The other one, I was trying to move over, and this other car came from 2 lanes over when I was actually moving over. It was either get hit and have tons of damage, or hit the car in front of me. I chose to hit the car in front of me and take very little damage respectively.

HAHAHA... holy shit. I would have lost it. The most "almost accident" situations I get into are from people not looking in the blind spot and trying to change lanes on me. Or when my light turns green and people making their left turn continue to go after their light turns red... I purposely speed out into the intersection and block them from holding up traffic until they have to back up.

im a very careful driver lol always try to check it out cuz i dont really want to be into some accident

but im not a good skilled driver i dont anticipate enough

it gets better every year though well it has to be

concerning the US driving

i've been very shocked to see how people didnt really respect lines and could change without warning ....

seemed like having the signals on at least for NYC was something a lot of ppl tend to forget.....

this was quite scary i admit i wonder how people dont manage to get into that much accidents

if ppl were driving this way here for sure i would barely take my car

but it doesnt mean we are only full of good drivers

im not an example im the typical stressed out chick on the road

yeah damn United States drivers. Oh I was born here

IMO: If you care about other people on the road then your fine. That means your a defensive/offensive driver depeding on the situation given.

Those people who drive drunk/without a lisecne/ suspended. and so forth, blame them first before normal everyday people going from A to B

is it hard to get ur licence in the states?

got it first time (and most of people really wondered how i managed to )

but a lot of people including friends had to retake it for 2 or 3 times fact is they do drive way much better than i do

if the fourth time u dont get it anyway u have to retake the whole thing theory and practical ....and this sucks a lot then !

The driving test was the easiest fucking test i've taken in my life. People who don't pass it the first time (barring some act-of-god out of their control) should have to wait a YEAR (at least) before retaking it. I've met many ppl who have taken the test more than once, and these are the same ppl that have wrecked their cars more than once.. (majority of them women)

And, on driving in Miami.... I don't know what it is, but Miami just seems to have a lot of very stupid people. Its not just the no one ever using turn signals, or running red lights. Its the old mexican woman doing 45 in the left lane on the palmetto causing people to swerve around her.

Your gonna get wanker drivers in all parts of the world, thats just a fact.

Old people tend to be the worst, little old ladies looking for shops ahhhhh!!!!!

Then theres my granda whos 82 and will happily sit on the motorway at 90mph, you dare open your mouth and he wont talk to you for 6 months.

But lets get this straight before I go,I am the best driver on the forums
