Haha; glad you took that the right way. Feel free to bag me about drinking lattes or watching more sport than I play.
Never been to Adelaide actually; maybe I should do a road trip?
Maybe if you have nothing better to do? It's not a bad place, between Uni and a fairly active edm scene (relative to the size of the city) I find I don't mind living here, but there's not all that much interesting here as a 'tourist' type destination.
I can't really take offense at anyone paying out Adelaide, I only moved here in January, and I've pretty much said it (or thought it) all myself anyway Honestly I can't imagine myself wanting to settle down and live here as a long term thing, I'll probably end up moving in a couple years once I've finished undergrad and exhausted most of the entertainment possibilities here.

Well technically, yes Was born in Sydney, but I moved to Brisbane at 6 and stayed there until January. Don't really remember much of Syd tbh, so it doesn't count.

Brissie is a great city, wouldn't mind living there for a while; the humidity, bugs and toads would do my head in after that though.
I stayed at University Of Queensland and University Of Griffith for a week on two separate occasions for sporting trips a few years ago; had an absolute ball.

Yeah it's a pretty cool place as far as cities go, but the heat gets to you after a while. I'm more of a 'chilly, slightly overcast' person when it comes to weather preferences. Was also living in a fairly remote and inconveniant location at the time (15 minute walk, 25 minute bus ride then 40 minute train trip into the city), which was a bit of a pain.
Where are you from? Melbourne?

Well I was in both Angus&Robertson and Dymocks earlier today, and didn't see any of them. I'll check out borders next time I'm in the city though, if it's anywhere in SA, it'll be there.
Well tell them to order some in from other stores. They will do it
As for Adelaide - I've been there once and absolutely hated it.
