As I had initially expected, it was a memorable night. Menno started his set brilliantly (the transition from Mark's last track was incredible), but later went on a proverbial see-saw with alternating hard/euphoric/hard-euphoric-mix tracks. Echoing other people's sentiment, it was refreshing hear some of the old-school tracks as well (esp. Saltwater).
Dance floor was way too crowded at the front and middle, with only a little more room at the rear. A bunch of lost marathon walkers somehow made it inside the Guv and were more interested in slicing through the dancing hordes instead of joining them (common to such events, I guess). I know that much of my dancing at the front was restricted to the vertical direction!
The sketchiness seemed unusually low last night - I kinda missed those guys. Nonetheless, awesome night
