I woke up this morning with my back KILLING ME. Lower back. Have a bit of a bad back, but I usually do somene to aggrevate it (like picking up a can of soda the wrong way, lol)...this time, sleep aggrevated it!
IT even hurts to sit for a few minutes!!
Someone bring a masseuse so rub my back while listning to Zabs and killer rat!

you're a little young to be having back problems dave... imagine when you're 40 or 50! better strengthen those support muscles while you still can by doing stretches and excersizes. in the meantime they have those menthol patches that numb the pain.

Been a rough week...back hurts and I wrecked the car just got Monday evening trying to parallel park on a STEEP hill. Driveable, but needs a new front bumber and hood (though maybe it can just be hammered back in shape)...insurance still trying to get in touch with owner of other vehicle (since he wasn't around as his car was parked and he has like NO damange, unfair!) and having to run a tag-trace to do it because the owner has not attempted to call my insurance company although I asked him/her on the note I left to do so!
