128 is fine, 192 is just a bit beter, higher bitrate is useless, you wont hear the diffrence enyway

I do my very best to avoid mp3s encoded at less than 192kbps. These days though the source and the attitude of the ripper seem to determine the quality of the sound more than the actual bitrate!
