I wasn't talking about people expressing strong opinions, I have no problem with that. What really pisses me off is something like "My taste in music is more advanced / sophisticated / better than yours. You must start listening to xxx, and hopefully soon you'll understand that yyy is complete shit." People should accept other opinions as equal to their own, not something inferior.
Isn't that the same as saying anyone who purchased Samim - Heater is an idiot? And I get what your saying and agree to a certain extent, but you have to draw a line somewhere. Otherwise happy hardcore is just as sophisticated as a Mathew Jonson tune?

You mean there's no synth in it? Indeed, but this track still wasn't made just with a pc, not in 1994.
I loved the Trance back then, but for me it all started with Synthesizer Greatest, J.M. Jarre, Vangelis etc. That's why I like crystal clear trance made by e.g. BT and Chicane and many many more.
Everybody his own taste I would say.

I still don't like rap, nothing changed, to me it even sounds 15 years old. This song only ends my listening to rap for today, lets listen some trance again and continue.....

I'm a rap hater... but I love it when Wierd Al throws the cheese back in your face:
Rap is better when you take away the rapper... make it more instrumental... possibly summon singing... more ambient... slow it down to make it trip-hoppish... possibly add melodic variations... add creativity... just say no to pop... etc. Sometimes this transforms the lousy genre into breakbeat, sometimes soundscrape, sometimes experimental stuff of the lo-fi persuasion.
Some of my drivel boils down to personal taste -- accept it or reject it. Or as one segment of my cranium barks: "Go back the hood... us sophisticated metropolis dwellers invoke more evolved strains of EDM."
