as for the quesadillas, had them last night at Moose Winooski's and boy were they ever spicy. I don't know what they put in them, but my mouth was on fire. It didn't help that I rinsed them down with a hot caesar either though.. lol

so I picked up some chicken quesadillas from burrito boyz in clubland earlier today.

something I don't understand is that most people get burritos over quesadillas (at least the places where i've been to).
i'd take quesadillas over burritos any day! the melted cheese

So my roomie had some extra roast beef and told me I could have it. But it wasnt very much... so what else would I do with it but make a beef quesadilla. Yummmmm. Super cheesy goodness.
