That's where the specialist shops come in. Over here, they film your feet while running and base their advise for a certain type of shoe on that. Helps a lot if you want to stay clear of injuries. |

Do you guys run on treadmill as well? Can't fucking stand it and it bores me to death. Which is why I always lose all my hard earnt fitness throughout winter
