Just because somebody watches a cartoon or two does not automatically make them a kid. If they are obsessed with them however and have some messed up childish notion of having super powers etc THEN they have issues they need to work on. Look at anime in Japan it's huge overthere. Tons of adults watch it. Nothing wrong with it there.
