Pacha was 18+, and then 19+ on Fridays...just like WH. Saturdays are always the JP/Calderone/Boris night, so if that's all you're going to see, I'm pretty sure they'll land somewhere else, beit a new club or an existing one.
While Pacha isn't my favorite spot, you can't disagree that they always brought in strong talent and helped keep NYC relevant on the global dance scene. Hope they come back, or at maybe open something better :-)
