Been over to www.tracklistings.org and there is a post from November 2002 about the mystery Track 9 from Shanghai.

the version of "walking on air" on café del mar vol. 3 sounds totally different from the tune oakey played...i'm pretty sure it isn't the track we're looking for

if u havent worked it out already that discography page was for 'FRAZIER CHORUS' who Oakenfold has remixed in the form of their track 'cloud 8'

i don't think that this track ever got a proper release, but there is a copy of it on a mix compilation by DJ Stigma - Tranceformer on the DJ Beats label...don't know for sure though. there is also that track that you mentioned...and both artists are on flammable records so i don't know...maybe...

i know who velvet girl is

i think you will find that the track is definitely 'velvet girl - velvet' (which does sound fairly similar to 'summertime', and i think was on the b-side of both additive and green martian releases)... i have it on additive records and i'll check for sure tomorrow wen i'm home, but the reason i bought the vinyl was because it had the track on this oakey emix!

it was wrongly listed originally if i recall correctly, and has since been established to be 'velvet' (original mix)
