30 chinups is pretty hard to get to. if you can do 30 chinups you should be able to do at least 3 1 handed chinups

the workout seems to be fairly light with the exception of the chinups. (IF your originally a skinny guy). thats not going to get you looking like the guys in 300. u need heavier weights for sure. plus a nice cgi guy for touch ups

That's bullshit. They were obviously doing "pushups". Most females can't get past 10 if the exercise is done properly (i.e flat body, with legs being lowered as well as chest, right to the ground).

i was enrolled in kung fu the whole of last year, it was decent.
i did alot of push-ups/sit-ups and I increased my stamina exponentially, but now I'm too busy to enroll in any karate class but it's great work-out
