+1. I am not racist in that I hate a race, but I do harbor preconceived notions, racial stereotypes, etc against the usual suspects.
Jay: You say Asians, and I say Russians. I don't know how racist Asians are as I don't have that sort of experience with them as you do, but if they are anything like Russians, it is horrible. Judging from the offering of a black prof and getting that reaction though, pretty much sums up similar problems in Russia.
