This does not translate well case by case though. I don't go around saying "I'm right, you are wrong". At most, I'm guilty of saying someone is wrong because they act like a dumbass. Its not even the "wrong or right" part of it that seems to be the problem. Remember what the issue is, I post something, people feel the need to argue about it, and 10 pages later the thread is all but gone. I suppose for myself, I need to work on not responding to dilweeds. I have no problem admiting I'm wrong on things, ive been wrong a few times, acoustic treatment thread, bitrate, and yeah, even part of the latency issue. But i'm not going to admit that to an asshole.

I have way too much time on my hands.

Mods arent really necessary. Just dont involve yourself in threads that you think are stupid or that someone is obviously trolling in - its not that hard really.

People that are on these forums long enough know the difference between the people who are spreading misinformation and those who arent.
