If you're not getting flatulence, that means that it's really hard packed in there (sorry to be so gross). You need to get some medication to get things moving again. Also, drink lots of water.
My nephew got really badly constipated and they had to do an operation and put botox in his butt to get him going again regularly. Not saying it will happen to you though
