I hate to nitpick such an admirable attempt to support one's argument with actual facts, but...

The aim of the study was to investigate the potential link between changes of serum ALT to the amount of hepatic fatty infiltration in healthy non-obese subjects during a positive energy balance resulting in a weight gain of 5–15%.
This study, while interesting, does not even attempt to address the question of whether the same risk of liver damage would exist for a subject consuming the same food during a neutral (or negative) energy balance, so it cannot support the proposition that "exercise does not change this."
There is definitely some reason to doubt that triglycerides would accumulate within hepatocytes to the same degree were there not a substantial surplus of energy within the body. Further study is probably warranted.

one of their healthy salads here got exposed as having a 700 calorie dressing or something. tbh if I'm on the move & eating, I tend to pick something up from m&s, their salads are excellent, fresh etc, and then just buy a fresh OJ from a stall.

people are easily mislead as to how calorie packed a salad is, they think that just because they're eating a ceasar "salad" it's healthy. lol. this is why i laugh at people who put down fast food joints all the time, you go to any restaurant and order a steak, the amount of butter and shit they put in 5 star restaurant food is almost as bad tbh.
