My APM averages around 30, anyone have any tricks for this?

Oh and anyone wanna try this new Pearl necklace thing out? I got it off of shokz website

You just have to know what to do. Your APM only drops when you're not doing anything. So as long as you keep busy at all times (sitting at one spot on the screen even for 3 seconds can be a big waste of time), your APM will start to rise as you get used to handling the map, rather than what's on the screen.

Keep producing units, keep spending your money, when you start to build up a bank account, make production buildings that will help you spend your money, make expansions, check expansions, scout your enemy, harrass your enemy... You just have to remember to do it all. When you start DOING it, you'll start to recognize the times where you're wasting time watching what's going on instead of doing something else that should be getting done.

At least, that's what I'm told... My APM hovers around 45-50 right now... I'm not nearly fast enough at getting everything done either.

Ehh I only have 60 apm and I manage just fine mostly. Certainly a lot of people seem to love randomly selecting all their workers or spamming hotkeys. Probably would want at least 80 though, in sc1 people had 200apm, but lots of pros seem to be doing fine with 100.

You guys should post some replays.

No one is more dissapointed than my GF lol.

Once I get my second expansion I lose complete control. I end up having like 4000/4000 resources and can't even spend it all. I don't know if I will ever be able to do all that stuff at once.
