There are plenty of massive parties like this in UK and going rate is 20-25 pounds, which is 30-40 bux. Last big one in God's Kitchen on March 12th was 25 pounds if I remember correctly with John Fleming, Solarstone, Activa, Ferry Tayle, Manuel Le Saux, Ben Gold, and Will Holland. Bottom line, clubs can charge what they want. The only hope to get the price lowered is to have a massive snow day that night lol. Once upon a time I went to Guv on a regular night when it snowed really heavy and paid $5 cover, and on a special event I believe it may have been PVD around 2001-2002 also on a heavy snow day, and initially the price was around $40, and cover was lowered to $20, which made me wonder if and how they refunded money to those with advanced tix. There were other pleasant Guv surprises, but I cant recall the details, but I do remember that on several occasions over the years Guv lowered the door prices to lower than advanced tix. Food for thought.
