Yeah, well, no shit. If you lie about the departure time then the only person who knows about the real departure time is you. Since when am I the bad guy for complaining about a 2:00 departure when the ticket says 1:30? That's still bullshit, it solves nothing, I still had to sit on my ass drinking overpriced beer for a half hour.
I'll say it again: the promoters and operators have already lost all credibility. I will only consider giving them my money again after they are able to re-establish a reputation for providing a reasonable level of service. Make it happen, because that is the only solution as far as I'm concerned.
