Since yesterday I tend to believe that it eventually goes to a big nice church, dancing around with old friends!

I really don't think the comparison is valid. First off, I'm not talking about God, or suggesting that the "soul" has anything to do with God. Of course that might sound contradictory too my "Hell" comment earlier, but that was another thing all together and was trying to illustrate a point.

What I am saying, however, is that there is this "drive" with in us all, and it being inside of us is not dependent upon us being conscious about it or not (sort of like breathing, I suppose). My argument, I guess, is that how could one simply disprove the existence of a soul/spirit/or whatever you'd like to call it when we possess something of that sort. I mean, you can call it emotions and that that sensation in us is merely a by-product of those emotions, and I guess that'd be valid.

The reason it happened is because most humans focus too much on useless psychological mood-enhancers such as justifying negative experiences with god and spirituality instead of actually researching better techniques to fix humans after accidents and finding cures for diseases.

You're looking for a false justification to put you and your friend in a better mood but the horrible truth is life fucking sucks.

no, the truth is that it only fucking sucks if you convince yourself that it's horrible.

True to a large extent.

Most people judge whether their life sucks by comparing themselves to others, or to their romanticized past selves or idealized future selves. It kind of takes an effort to stop believing that real, enjoyable life is whatever is just over the next hill, the next struggle, the next graduation, the next relationship, the next pay raise, and instead simply enjoy the present. I struggle with it myself, anyway.

Interesting theory - based upon the famous Schrodingers cat experiments.

yes. i would say it is 'the' real struggle in life, the source of both pleasure and pain, by way of gratification and disappointment.
