that first set between peer and venus was interesting the rest of this weekends matches weren't very competitive.

not a bad day of tennis - i had a lot of fun at the matches today. drank a few too many beers - i watched the ferrer match from right along the fence. being that close adds a whole new dimension of awe to the game.
murray match was a good one of course

I really admire her hard play and guts that she used to beat Sharapova. There were so many points in the match she could have folded or conceded a game but she didn't.

finals are looking interesting for both men/women
