I like manzanilla or fino personally before a meal with some anchovies or almonds or something along those lines. Something really savoury.

This is cheap, easily available and tastes nice, make sure it's freezing cold.

Gofcha'. To be fair, the only Spanish fortified I've had was Fino.

To anyone who likes fruity whites, grab this immediately. If you get the 2010, it's best. Still has all the aromas and flavors from when it was first bottled.
