first time you do 5 hour energy, you should do half first to see how it goes. And don't do it on an empty stomach.

5 Hour Energy is mainly a ton of B Vitamins, taurine, and a little caffeine (as someone else said, just as much as a cup of coffee. Coffee has 50-100mg). The B vitamins are what prob provides the most energy out of it. The Niacin (Vitamin B3) is what causes the initial flush you prob felt that possibly made your face red.
