Ok, noobish question: how do I get my patches out of virus control to you? Got 13 patches saved into a ROM bank. Can't find an export button or anything. Do I need to do a manual midi dump from the virus or something? Or is there an easy way?

You using a TI???

If you are then save the patches so a bank, the bank on a mac is
/Library/Application Support/Access Music/Virus TI/Patches

and PC
My Documents/Access Music/Virus TI/Patches

What i did was, copy and rename a old bank, then deleted all the old patches, added my new patches.

Hope this helps

1) download the TA bank and save it in your Access Patches folder.

2) open your patches in the upper window of VC's broswer

3) open the TA bank in the lower patch of the browser

4) Select all of your patches (click the 1st one, hold SHIFT, click the last one)

5) drag the patches to an empty spot on the bottom browser (i.e., the TA bank). Don't worry about overwriting others, I'm keeping the master (and backups) on my computer.

6) email the TA bank to me @ info [at] cryophonik [dot] com

I'm re-organizing all of them into one master bank.

Still right around 90 and waiting for some of the others (cough...slackers...cough) to hand over their presets. I'm starting to think that you and I may just have to finish it.

Where is the folder that you put the presets in? I went to my Access folder it doesn't have a preset folder. I'm confused. I'm on Windows 7 btw.



edit- nevermind I found it, its My Documents folder.

OK, guys we still need 28 more. I'm sure I could pull half of that together by middle of next week, but I'm hoping some of the others can contribute some. It's looking like a cryophonik/Julz soundbank (around 70 patches between the two of us) + a few others at this point, so it would be nice to balance it out a bit, if possible.
